About

Featuring both figurative and landscape photography by the artists who are all graduates of Bowling Green State University and live in Ohio.

Lisa Ruggiero-Wawrzyniak

“Through my photography, I create a sense of appreciation of the things that I hold dear. I am alive, and I live for the intense, intimate, and precious moments, which pass too quickly. My unedited photographs provide me the opportunity to visually describe a colorful world of my own that will last beyond my existence.”

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Arts from the University of Toledo. Her award-winning work has been nationally published, including The Photo Review a critical journal of fine art photography competition, exhibited in the Toledo Museum of Art, and selected into the Zanesville Museum of Art’s 75th Ohio Annual Exhibition.

Holly Romano

“I am documenting observations of my children..having consistent, non-stop time with them for the past year, I am able to notice the in-between moments of their day-to-day activities—how they intentionally spent their downtime, how they react to home-schooling and seclusion, how they define boundaries within our family, and how they interact with the physical elements within their environment.”

Holly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Bowling Green State University. After a 16 year successful career in the graphic design field, she now focuses on fine art photography, painting, mixed media, and alternative photography processes. Her award-winning work has been selected for juried shows and exhibited nationally. She is also a member of professional groups who support female artists and artists experiencing motherhood.

Jane Vanden Eynden

“Although vastly different in appearance and geography, landscape formation is governed by similar forces. Ancient geologic forces laid the groundwork while climatic, edaphic, and human influences shaped the earth into the physical features that we see today. Arid or moist, the flora and fauna that inhabit any landscape have evolved to utilize every available resource to survive.”

Jane received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Ohio State University and her Master of Arts and Master of Fine Arts from Bowling Green State University. Her work has been exhibited in both solo and group shows in 23 states as well as the Smithsonian National Museum of American History in Washington, D.C. Her work has been published in multiple national and international venues.
