Prospectus
Eligibility
1. All work must be original in concept and execution. No commercial molds or kits will be accepted. Must be 18 or older to enter. No artwork previously exhibited in a FAL show will be accepted
2. Art work in any medium will be considered.
3. Each artist must have at least one entry marked for sale.
4. Entries must be:
· Work on canvas must be dry, framed, and or edges painted and free of staples
· Must be wired for hanging
· Work must not exceed 48” in any direction (frame excluded)
· Weight of the 3D art cannot exceed 75lbs
Artist: Participants must be within a 150 mile radius of Findlay.
Cost
Entry FEES
Members: $30.00 for up to 3 entries
Students: $10.00 each for up to 2 entries
Non-members: $40.00 for up to 2 entries
*Memberships available for purchase during registration or @ findlayartleague.org ($40.)
Entry Requirements
Entrant information
1. Entries must be delivered in person.
2. Registration form must correspond with entry labels
3. A program with list prices, and all sales will be handled by FAL. A 25% commission will be deducted from the sale price of any work sold during the show,
4. All possible care will be taken in the handling of entries; FAL is not responsible for loss or damage.
5. FAL reserves the right to use submitted work for marketing and publicity for this show.
6. FAL reserves the right to remove work at any time
7. Responsibility for accepted work ends at 4pm on the last day of the show
8. Judging- this is a juried show; entry does not guarantee exhibition.
9. Entry of work constitutes acceptance of all stated conditions
Intake Requirements
Accepted 2D art work must have a wire for hanging. Identification tags are to be filled out legibly and completely and securely attached to the upper right hand corner on the back of 2D artwork and on the bottom of 3D artwork

No price changes, substitutes or withdrawals may occur during the exhibit from registration through pick-up.

Important Dates
Intake of entries/Registration: Friday 10/21 6-8p Saturday 10/22 9a-Noon
Notification of accepted /declined work: Thursday (note new date) 10/ 27
Reception: Friday November 4th 5pm-9pm: Awards at 7pm
Show Dates: Tuesday October 25- Saturday November 19
End of show and pick up of artwork: Saturday November 19
Liability
All reasonable efforts will be made to handle artwork with care. All works submitted are subject to the following liability waiver: Findlay Art League and their agents will not be held responsible for loss or damage to artwork for the duration of the exhibit. Delivering an entry to the exhibition shall constitute agreement with all conditions in the prospectus.
