Cost

$15 per entry, up to a maximum of four entries. If you enter 4 pieces be sure to enter Quantity of 4

Entry fee’s are non refundable.

Entry Requirements

Once you’ve paid the registration fee use the “Submit Files” button below to submit your art work for the digital submission process. Pay attention! If you enter, for example, 4 images then you need to select 4 for the quantity. Submissions will not be accepted in any other format.

You will be notified via email of acceptance or rejection of your submission. Only the artist’s name may appear on the work. No company logo or advertisement.

Intake Requirements

Accepted art work must be ready to hang on the wall during the physical intake process. Identification tags are to be filled out legibly and completely and securely attached to the upper right hand corner on the back of the photograph when they are dropped off at the FAL.

No price changes, substitutes or withdrawals may occur during the exhibit from registration through pick-up.

Last Day to enter- May 22, 2023

Show Dates: June1-June 28 2023
Drop Off: of accepted work  to the Findlay Art League- Friday, May 26, 5-9pm
If necessary, arrangements for other times can be accommodated as long as it is before June 1. Contact Gallery@findlayartleague.org

Reception: Friday June 2 6-8p Awards at 7pm

Liability

All reasonable efforts will be made to handle artwork with care. All works submitted are subject to the following liability waiver: Findlay Art League and their agents will not be held responsible for loss or damage to artwork for the duration of the exhibit. Delivering an entry to the exhibition shall constitute agreement with all conditions in the prospectus.
